In a diffuser: diffuse a few drops at the end of the day or before bed to create a calm mood.
For the bath: mix a few drops into a suitable bath base before adding them to the water. Do not pour essential oil straight into the water.
For massage: dilute in a carrier oil and apply to the body.
Do not use undiluted on the skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes. For external use only.
