Apply the 330 scrub formulated by Chanv in the shower or on damp skin to effectively dislodge the dead particles from your skin while preserving its natural moisture barrier. Take a small amount of the product in your hands and apply it to your face or your body using light circular motions. Avoid the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to remove any residue. Finish by applying a moisturizer for optimal results.

Preparing before exfoliating: Dampen your skin with lukewarm water to open the pores and make it easier to remove dead cells. Use a mild soap before applying the scrub for clean, well-prepared skin.

Moisturizing after exfoliating: To soothe and hydrate the skin after exfoliation, apply a moisturizing cream such as the 330 Sensitive Skin Cream or a hydrating serum to seal in moisture and calm the skin.
