Coffee TrendBlend Maison d’Herbes

TrendBlend coffee is a pleasing flavour for curious palates while remaining representative of the current trend. Both for filter coffee and espresso, this blend has sweet, floral notes and a creaminess reminiscent of peanut butter. TrendBlend is an imported product that will take your coffee drinking experience to a higher level!

Purists will be delighted to learn that Brazilian coffee has been dried with some of the fruit still clinging to the bean. This is called the honey process because of the texture that the beans take on during the process. Brazilian roasters produce coffees that are very low in acidity, relatively sweet, and easy on the palate. In order to respect this tradition, we have not added hemp to this blend.

The Ethiopian part of this blend is divided between the Oromia batch, which has been dried with the whole fruit, and the Yirgacheffe batch, which has been dried with its beans completely washed. Ethiopian coffees are usually rich in flavour and rather tart due in part to their multiple indigenous varieties and their cultivation at high altitudes.
