This Wild Blueberry black tea from Sri Lanka is made with blueberry petals and ripe leaves. Its bright but light berry taste offers a combination worth trying.
Black Tea
Over 90% of all tea sold in the West is black tea. Still hardly known in Québec, it is composed of completely oxidized leaves. Black tea offers rich and silky flavours and a nice amber-coloured liquid.
Hemp Seeds
We combine hemp seeds with premium quality tea, known to be a great antioxidant. A perfect protein, hemp seeds are rich in fatty acid and omega-3 and omega-6 and contain all of the 20 essential amino acids. Beneficial for healthy hair, skin and nails, they help digestion and can relieve joint pain caused by arthritis.
Preparation and Storage
Water temperature : 90°C / 194°F
Infusion : 4 minutes
Storage : It is best to store tea leaves in an opaque and airtight container, in a dry area. If using a clear glass jar, keep away from sunlight to avoid damage.
