Honeybush

The word “honeybush” means “a honey-flavoured shrub”. It is a plant with high content of trace minerals, especially iron. Just like rooibos, honeybush comes from a shrub that grows in South Africa. Its taste is slightly more pronounced than rooibos and is reminiscent of mountain honey.
